I do everything wright and I keep getting the error 1:5 2: failed to install/uninstall the anchor service 3: 1002 any reason why it would be doing this? Or is this normal?

Never mind, it's not normal. Once that error pops up during installation, it quits it mid-instillation. What could be causing this? It doesn't do it when I download it as a trial.

Works good for me...Win 7 64bit. It did say I needed to update my graphics driver to a newer version.
